SMC Performance Plus Mission:

Tomboy Tools Vision:

Our mission is to give women the proper tools, techniques and confidence to tackle their home repair and renovation projects.

Tomboy Tools advocates education and skill building and has an internal culture that supports women in becoming confident, competent homeowners and DIHs – Do-It-Herselfers!

Tomboy Tools is no run-of-the mill home improvement retailer. Through a series of Tool 101 demonstrations and home party network women can participate in training events in a safe, fun, and relaxed atmosphere.

Corporate Citizenship at its Best

Tomboy Tools Canada offers support to Breast Cancer through (Willow Breast Cancer Canada). This act of community service inspired Sheila Crook, SMC Performance Plus Consultant to further make a difference by donating 50% of all profit from her sales to BPW-Business and Professional Women members and their associates to the BPW 2012 Fundraising Campaign.                     

This worthy not-for-profit organization works tirelessly to promote the full participation of women in all spheres of their lives. BPW Canada - (The Canadian Federation of Business and Professional Women), is a local Community, Provincial, National and International organization that develops the professional, leadership and business potential of women on all levels through advocacy, mentoring, networking, skill building and economic empowerment programs and projects around the world.

Providing women quality tools that they can test and try in a safe, fun filled environment, compliments the broad spectrum of support offered through BPW, by encouraging women to not only achieve new heights in the (social, economic, political, and employment) aspects of their life but to also help women to tackle their home improvement projects, with renewed confidence and pride.
